� ��p� <br /> SECTION 7 REVENUE BONDS SERIES 1999-RESERVES The sum of <br /> Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Three dollars ($725,963) <br /> theretofore appropriated, transferred and carried over in the Bond Reserve Account <br /> held by the Trustee, is hereby reappropriated and maintained pursuant to Resolution <br /> No. P-1622 during the Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012, and the expenditure <br /> of said sum for such purpose is hereby authorized. <br /> SECTION 8 YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION <br /> PROJECT — INTEREST. For purposes of the Ordinance, the Yacht Harbor Dredging <br /> and Rehabilitation Project refers to that certain agreement by and befinreen the State <br /> of Califomia Department of Boating and Waterways and the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, acting by and through its Board of <br /> Port Commissioners, dated January 20, 1992. The sum of Twenty Three Thousand <br /> Three Hundred Seventy Five dollars ($23,375) is hereby appropriated from surplus <br /> Port funds for payment of interest during the Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 - June 30, <br /> 2012, and the expenditure of said sum for such purpose is hereby authorized. <br /> SECTION 9 YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION <br /> PROJECT - PRINCIPAL The sum of Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Three <br /> dollars ($30,273) is hereby appropriated from surplus Port funds for the payment of <br /> principal pursuant to the Yacht Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project during <br /> Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012, and the expenditure of said sum for such <br /> purpose is hereby authorized. <br /> SECTION 10 . CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS The sum of Ten Million Two Hundred <br /> Five Thousand dollars ($10,205,000) is hereby appropriated from Reserve Fund in <br /> PORC/ch/Ord/bdgtordFY2012 4 04 6 <br /> �0eo <br />
