As reflected in the 2014-15 Updated Exhibit C,the City of San Carlos will pay the City of <br /> Redwood City for Services provided in the amount of$5,430,141. Payment will continue to be <br /> made Quarterly. Except as set forth in the 2014-15 Updated Exhibit C,the Agreement remains <br /> unmodified and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. <br /> Please acknowledge the City of San Carlos' agreement with the 2014-15 Updated Exhibit C to <br /> the Agreement by signing both copies of this letter.
