13. ADJOURNMENT: MOTION TO ADJOURN UNTIL THE NEXT REGULAR CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 13,2003; <br />*SPEAKERS, ATTENTION: Speaker's cards are on the rostrum. If you wish to speak, <br />please complete the card and give it to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the <br />left of the Council Members). The Mayor will recognize you at the appropriate time <br />when your item is under consideration by the Council. If your item is not on the <br />agenda, the Mayor will recognize you during the Oral Communications portion of the <br />Council meeting.
