8.9 <br />D. Developer shall perform all of its obligations hereunder and shall conduct <br />all operations with respect to the performance of the Services in a good, workmanlike <br />and professional manner, with the standards of diligence and care normally employed <br />by duly qualified persons utilizing their best efforts in the performance of comparable <br />services in the San Francisco Bay Area who shall adhere to the standards generally <br />prevailing for the performance of expert construction 26 construction project <br />management services in the San Francisco Bay <br />Contractors and Consultants to perform to these sai <br />E.
