City and Agency will not, under any circumstances, be financially or <br />otherwise responsible for Parking Facility Costs arising from deficiencies in the design <br />or management of the Underground Public Parking Facility or Pre °ect. <br />F. Fee as Full Compensation. <br />The Fee payable to Developer as provided in Section 3(D)(2) shall be full <br />compensation to Developer for all of its Services and expgj!ses including, without <br />limitation, wages and salaries, travel, insurance, rent, serial and clerical support, <br />duplication and copying, telephone, telegraph and othe�mr� cation charges, and all <br />other related and unrelated costs and expen:;Oer rhead an fit. Payment PcQCedur . <br />J. Compensation and reimbursement of Parking Facility Costs shall <br />be made basedz mah tfily billing by Developer to City and Agency. The billing shall <br />include all of the follow}ag: <br />a) an itemized statement describing the Services (including the Cost <br />of the Work)performed by task and labor category or cost/expense, <br />items billed and invoices from Developer's Contractors and <br />Consultants. <br />
