Records <br />Until the Underground Public Parking Facility is finally accepted by the City and <br />Agency, the Develope • shall maintain proper and detailed be of record and account <br />for the Services and alp costs related thereto, and shall requ ?re the Contractors and <br />Consultants to do so. The Developer covenants that such accounting books will be <br />maintained in accordance with generally accepted accoun rinciples. Securi <br />Developer= shall_ �ause each and every Contractor performing dewatering, <br />shoring, mass excavation, piling, structural concrete, waterproofing, plumbing, fire <br />protection, HVAC, or electrical work in connection with the Public Parking Facility, and <br />any other contractors that the Developer and City agree upon, prior to the <br />commencement of excavation, or construction in connection with the Project, to furnish <br />to City and Agency, and file with the City Clerk and Agency Secretary, a bond or <br />instrument of credit of the kind described in Section 66499, at seq. of the California <br />Government Code, securing the faithful performance of the Contractors obligations <br />
