13. Insurance. A. Developer shall acquire and maintain Workers' Compensation, employer's liability, commercial general liability, owned and non -owned and hired automobile liability, and professional liability insurance coverage relating to Developer's services to be performed hereunder in form subject to the approval of the City s Risk Manager. The r builder's risk in Rance shall cover all risks of loss, including but not limited to fire; lightning, " indsto hail, mold, explosion; riot; riot attending a strike; civil commotion; smo ge; damage by aircraft or vehicles; vandalism and malicious mischief; theft; collapse; flood; and earthquake. This insurance shall name the City and Agency, as their interests may appear, and shall include coverage including, but not limited to all damages or loss to the work; to appurtenances; to materials and equipment to be used on the Project while the same are in transit or stored on or off the project site; and /or to construction plant and temporary structures.
