9e) <br />DATE: September 19, 2003 <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Jeff Ira and Barbara Pierce, <br />Recycled Water Subcommittee <br />RE: Appointment of Community Task Force on Recycled Water <br />MEMORANDUM <br />The Recycled Water Subcommittee, in consultation with Dr. Cecil Reeves, is <br />recommending the following applicants for approval by the entire Council. <br />1. Patricia Dixon, <br />Alternate <br />7. Pamela Estes <br />8. Dee Eva <br />9. Lee Fernandez <br />11. Eric Fischer, <br />Alternate <br />12. J. P. Garcia <br />13. Jeffrey Gee <br />14. Chet Yee <br />Based on their applications our recommended group includes nine who have <br />stated they are in favor of the use of Recycled Water, nine against its use, and two <br />neutral. Note that a total of six alternates have been selected, in case anyone of the <br />recommended candidates should choose not to participate. <br />We recommend that you approve appointment of the members to the Community <br />Task Force on Recycled Water, as noted above. <br />
