Owner by Bohley~,onsulting Civil Engineers, entitled, "lrn-provement Plans for Seapod <br />Boulevard," and in accordance with and as provided for in those certain specifications <br />entitled "Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements," as <br />well as City's revised specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards of the City of <br />Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications are on file in <br />the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction. Said Improvements shall also <br />be constructed in strict compliance with the provisions of Article VII, Chapter 29 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City. To the extent that if a conflict exists between the <br />plans and specifications and said Chapter 29 in regard to the standard for a particular <br />improvement, the stricter standard shall govern. Owner shall complete all of the <br />Improvements, subject to such exceptions and time extensions allowable under <br />paragraph 10, on or before June 22, 2001. The Improvements shall include, but are not <br /> <br />necessarily limited to, all of the following: <br /> (a) grading, paving <br /> <br /> (b) curbs, gutters, sidewalks <br /> <br /> (c) water system modifications, complete <br /> <br /> (d) landscaping and irrigation system, complete <br /> (e) sewer force main system, complete <br /> (f) relocation of existing utilities, complete <br /> <br /> (g) storm drain pump station and facilities, complete <br /> <br /> (h) signals, signing, striping, and lighting system, complete <br /> <br />and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or mentioned in the <br /> <br />above-mentioned plans and specifications, conditions of permits and all construction, <br /> <br /> 2 <br />SH/RWC/Council <br /> <br />06/09/00R <br />FXS/fs <br /> <br /> <br />
