MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> Au,qust 26~ 2002 <br /> MO, 02-240 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: August 27, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT Motion to accept the following Pacific Shores <br /> Development improvements <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 26, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Jordan, Howard, ira, Pieme, Hartnett, and <br />Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S Hartnett/Howard Lot 11 located at 1600 Seaport Boulevard (Fitness Center); <br /> Lots A-H, which are the common landscape areas; <br /> Pacific Shores Center Subdivision, which includes a circular roadway portion of <br /> Seaport Boulevard, water, sewer, and storm drain systems; <br /> Construction of Seaport Boulevard North of Seaport Court (including Frontage <br /> Road) up to the entrance of Pacific Shores; <br /> and retease the Bonds following the submission of a Maintenance Bond for each <br /> of the lots and improvements, as shown on the table in the staff report (10% of <br /> the Payment and Pedormance Bond); <br /> <br /> The molion passed By a unanimous roi! c~i[ vote b!,; tho~:e present <br /> <br /> Patricia S.
