total amount of One Hundred Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Two and <br />NO /100 Dollars ($110,832.00) for the construction of the Pathway Improvements <br />is hereby accepted, and the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute Change Order #1 (in form approved by the City Attorney) <br />for the construction of the Pathway Improvements. <br />5. Reports.
