observed as an official holiday by City, the time for performance shall be <br />extended to the following Business Day. <br /> <br /> "City" means the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State <br />of California. <br /> <br /> "City Manager" means the individual designated as the City Manager <br />under Section 26 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City or his/her designee. <br /> <br /> "Council" means those elected officials which are authorized to exercise <br />the powers granted to and vested in City under Government Code Section 37100, <br />et seq., and the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> "Day" means any calendar day, unless a Business Day is specified.
