9) Bond Ratin_o Aa_enc_v and Other Meetin_os: Fraser & Associates will be available to <br /> represent the Agency in meetings and presentations to the bond rating agencies <br /> (Moody's and Standard and Poor's) and bond insurance companies (AMBAC, MBIA, <br /> and FGIC or others). Other meetings will also be attended, as requested by the <br /> Agency. <br /> <br /> Services shall be compensated on the basis of a fixed fee of Twelve Thousand Dollars <br /> ($12,000), exclusive of expenses, for items one through seven above. Service items <br /> eight and nine shall be compensated on a time and material basis in accordance with <br /> our standard hourly rates: <br /> <br /> President $165 per hour <br /> Secretarial/Administrative 50 per hour <br /> <br /> It is estimated that hourly rate services will not exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). <br /> Expenses are estimated at $2,500.
