- 09/10/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13;15 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />SERVICES - WATER SUPPLY MASTER PLAN <br />(John B. Whitcomb, PhD) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to perform a water supply <br />master plan in the City of Redwood City (the "Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting services; and <br />WHEREAS, John B. Whitcomb, PhD, of Golden Colorado, represents that <br />he possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement — Professional Consulting <br />Services — Water Supply Master Plan" (form dated 06/04/01), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />John B. Whitcomb, PhD, Consultant for the performance of the above - mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />F:Atty2001 Shared /Redwood /Council /Reso /Reso-1237 1 <br />
