what the Contractor deems to be its rights under Health and <br /> Safety Code Section 1797.201; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE HERETO as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Services to be Performed by Contractor <br /> <br /> Contractor shall provide advanced life support within the <br />service area for engine company eleven,specifically County <br />Service A~ea Number Eight (8), and may respond into other <br />jurisdictional areas, either upon request of Contractor or by <br />virtue of existing mutual aid agreements, in accordance with <br />State law and the policies and procedures of the local EMS agency <br />and any amendments, or additions, thereto. Contractor shall <br />provide advanced life support using EMT-Paramedics on <br />Contractor's fire apparatus as described in Schedule B, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein. During the term of this <br />agreement, Contractor is not authorized to provide any emergency <br />ambulance service nor to transport patients to the hospital <br />unless such transport is so requested by County. A glossary of <br />terms used in Schedule A and the remainder of the services to be <br />provided pursuant to this Agreement are set forth in Schedule B, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> 2. ~ <br /> <br /> Contractor shall not receive any payments or subsidy by <br /> <br />the County for the performance of any services described within <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
