extension of time for the performance of such services if the delay <br /> is occasioned by governmental review of Architect's work product <br /> or other unavoidable delays occasioned by circumstances or <br /> events beyond the reasonable control of Architect; provided, that <br /> such unavoidable delay shall not include strikes, lockouts, work <br /> stoppages, or other labor disturbances conducted by, or on behalf <br /> of, Architect's officers or employees. <br /> <br /> Architect acknowledges the importance to City of City's <br /> Project schedule and agrees to put forth its best professional efforts <br /> to perform its service under this Agreement in a manner consistent <br /> with the Schedule.
