5. The Architect will provide assistance in $1,140.00 <br /> preparing city staff for one public presentation to the <br /> City Council. One DES Architect will be present at <br /> presentation. All work performed hourly to an initial <br /> limit. Limit will not be exceeded without prior written <br /> authorization of city staff. 12 hours ~ $95 <br /> <br />6. Preparation of Record Drawing CadFiles $16,434.00 <br /> Upon request of City staff, the design team will prepare <br /> "CAD" Record drawing Cad Files based upon <br /> contractor's mark-ups. <br /> <br /> Projected Architect effort associated with creation of <br /> Cad ready "record" drawings <br /> <br /> Assumptions <br /> A. CMIGC will mark-up job site copy of <br /> contract drawings on a monthly basis. <br /> City staff to verify compliance during <br /> monthly project payment review process. <br /> <br /> B. The Architect will review all CMIGC "mark-ups", <br /> then conduct a joint meeting with the CM/GC and <br /> City staff to review all comments and answer all <br /> questions associated with the "mark-ups". <br /> <br /> C. The Architect (Design Team) will transfer all <br /> CM/GC "mark-ups" from job site copy of contract <br /> drawings on to Cad Files for each modified <br /> drawing sheet. <br /> <br /> D. The Architect (Design Team) will perform no field <br /> work associated with this effort unless requested to <br /> do so by the Owner, and upon written approval by <br /> City staff of Architect's change in fee/scope of <br /> work statement. <br /> <br /> E. Preparation of CAD file record drawings does not <br /> constitute by the Architect, certification or <br /> representation that the record drawings are accurate <br /> and true to the built condition. <br /> <br /> F.
