- ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF A <br /> PERSONNEL STAFFING STUDY OF THE REDWOOD CITY POLICE <br /> DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this [~'~ day of <br />~1,~"~ , 1997, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City") and DAVID M. GRIFFITH <br />& ASSOCIATES, LTD., of Cupertino, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City desires the preparation of a personnel staffing study for <br />the Police Department of the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall provide professional <br />consulting services and prepare a personnel staffing study described in Exhibit <br />"A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
