f:\users\co m Ton\s-' ': str\agreemnt\Rehabstr, gck <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "B"_ <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY/COL.~TY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERaNSfEa\"I'S <br /> ANI3 THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> BUS ROUTE REPAIR/MAENTENANCE PROGRAM <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of ,19 , by <br />and between the CITY/COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVEtLNq~'IENTS, a political organization <br />within the County of San Mateo, hereinafter called "C/CAG", and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />a city within the County of San Mateo, State of C~ifornia, hereinafter called "City"; <br /> WlINIiSS EIH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as provided in the document entitled "Program for Repair/Maintenance of Streets <br />Utilized by Transit Vehicles", Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act (ISTEA) funds have <br />been made available for the repair or maintenance of streets or roads used by transit vehicles; and <br /> WHEREAS. City will repair or maintain c.~rtain bus routes within its jurisdicii'on; and <br /> WHEREAS, City desires program reimbursement for said street work; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED by the parties hereto, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. C/CAG agrees to allocate $100~000.00 to City from monies reimbursed under <br />ISTEA. <br /> 2. C/CAG agrees to make payment hereinabove provided for upon receipt of certified <br /> contractor invoice for said amount from City and proper reimbursement under ISTEA. <br /> 3. City agrees to submit to the State Controller of the State of California all notices and <br /> reports required for the legal expenditure of Program funds. <br /> 4. City agrees that said funds as herein provided shall be used only as permitted by this <br /> Program and by law. <br /> 5. City agrees to furnish such reports and accounts of the expenditure of Program funds as <br /> C/CAG deems necessary and convenient. <br /> <br /> -l- <br /> <br /> <br />
