Project based upon the 60,000 square foot addition is projected to be One <br />Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000) and is payable upon issuance of <br />the Tenant Improvement Permit for the Addition. <br /> <br /> The Traffic Mitigation Fee and Additional Traffic Mitigation Fee include <br />improvements to be constructed on Woodside Road and which are required by <br />Mitigation Measures 3-1 and 3-2 of the Environmental Impact Report ("EIR") and <br />the Supplemental EIR (as approve on October 20, 1998). In the event other <br />funding sources are provided to the City through Measure A or other sources, <br />the fee paid by Owner under the Agreement and this Amendment may be used <br />for other local or regional roadway improvements not specified in the Agreement <br />and/or this Amendment. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. Traffic Calming Measures. <br /> <br /> This Amendment includes any Friendly Acres neighborhood traffic <br />calming measures required by Mitigation Measures 3-3c or 3-3d(1) of the EIR. <br />Said traffic calming measures were subject to a separate agreement and the <br />payment of the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) by Owner upon <br />issuance of the first Project Tenant Improvement permit. <br /> <br /> As part of the Supplemental EIR mitigation, approved on October 20, <br />1998, Owner agrees to fund, design, construct and install at its own cost and <br />10/27/98 <br /> <br /> Agmt-177 4 <br /> f~sh~sh\RC\Cou ncil <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 08/10/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
