DES:dj~ 12/17/96 (012/72) <br /> _ ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES - <br /> REDWOOD SHORES SEWER PUMP STATION #2 REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made~d entered into this day of <br />~o~ , 199~,~ and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br /> ("City"), and METCALF & EDDY of Palo Alto, California <br /> <br /> ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> W I TNE S S E T H : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to rehabilitate the Redwood Shores <br />Sewer Pump Station 92 in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, City requires <br />professional engineering and design services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform <br />engineering, design and related services as described in Exhibit <br />"A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in <br />an amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are currently <br />prevailing during the time of the performance of said services. <br />A copy of Consultant's hourly rates for which services hereunder <br />shall be performed are set forth in Consultant's fee schedule <br /> <br /> <br />
