DES:djk 09/03/97 (013/72) <br /> <br />(including the dedication of easements contained therein) for the <br />subdivision, and in accordance with the conditions of approval of <br />the tentative map for the subdivision, the parties hereto agree <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. iMPROV~LENTS. Owner shall, at Owner' s own cost and <br /> <br />expense, con .... ct all o f the improvements ( "improvements" ) , <br /> <br />furnish all the materials, and do all the work hereinafter <br />described, in accordance with, and as prcvided for in the plans <br />prepared for Owner by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br />entitled, "Improvement Plans - Gossamer Village Unit No. !", <br />and in accordance with and as provided for, in those certain <br />specifications entitled, "Supplemental Specifications for <br />Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements", as well as City' s <br />revised specifications entitled, "Engineering Standards for the <br />City of Redwood City", adopted February 24, 1997, which plans and <br />specification are on file in the office of the Manager, <br />Engineering and Construction. Said Improvements shall also be <br />constructed in strict compliance with the provisions of Chapter <br />30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the subdivision <br />regulations of said City. To the extent that a conflict exists <br />between the plans and specifications and said Chapter 30 in <br />regard to the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter <br />standard shall govern. Owner shall complete all of the <br />Improvements, subject to time extensions allowable under <br />paragraph 11, on or before September 8, 1999.
