DES:djk 09/03/97 (013/72) <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, such policy shall contain the standard <br />form of cross liability or severability of interest endorsement. <br />Such insurance shall also specifically insure any contractual <br />liability assumed by Owner under the terms of this Agreement, <br />including, but not limited to, the provisions of Paragraph 1 <br />above. <br /> <br /> 5. MONUMENTS. All pipes and monuments shown on the <br />subdivision map hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or <br />displaced during construction operations shall be replaced by <br />Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements, if <br />any, hereunder by City. <br /> <br /> 6. OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. It is agreed that title and <br />ownership of all Improvements constructed for the benefit of City <br />hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon completion <br />and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> <br /> 7 WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. All work provided for in <br />this Agreement and more specifically described in the plans and <br />specifications herein referenced shall be subject to the approval <br />and acceptance by the Manager, Engineering and Construction <br />before the release of any security required herein. Reference is <br />hereby made to (a) that cer.tain final map entitled, "Gossamer <br />Village - Unit No. 1", (b) those certain specifications entitled, <br />"Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation <br />Improvements" and, (c) those certain plans on file in the office <br />of the Manager, Engineering and Construction entitled, <br />"Improvement Plans - Gossamer Village - Unit No. 1", and (d) <br />those certain revised specifications entitled "Engineering <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
