,:' ' ~-iO~D <br />REDWOOD CIYY, CA 9~064 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 13221 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GOSSAMER <br /> VILLAGE - UNIT NO. 1, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br /> TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br /> dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Gossamer <br /> Village Unit No. 1", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil <br /> Engineers, consultants for M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc., a Delaware <br /> corporation doing business as Ryland Homes Bay Area Division, the <br /> owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Gossamer Village - Unit No. 1", (form dated <br /> 09/03/97) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> <br /> <br />
