DES:d~k 09/03/97 (065/42) <br /> <br />Irrigation Improvements", as well as the City ' s revised <br />specifications entitled "Engineering Standards for the City of <br />Redwood City", adopted February 24, 1997, which plans and <br />specifications are on file in the office of the Manager, <br />Engineering and Construction are hereby approved and adopted as <br />the plans and specifications according to which the above- <br />mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />Gossamer Village Unit No. 1", (form dated 09/03/97), a copy of <br />which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is h'ereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4.
