DES:d 03/12/97R <br /> <br /> 3/17/97 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 13029 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GOSSAMER <br /> HOLLOW, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br /> CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br /> dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Gossamer <br /> Hollow", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br /> consultants for M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc., a Delaware corporation <br /> doing business as Ryland Homes Bay Area Division, the owner of <br /> record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City <br /> Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, <br /> is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Gossamer Hollow", (form dated 03/12/97R) <br /> wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br /> by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br /> <br />
