MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> Au.qust 12, 2002 <br /> MO, 02-230 <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: August 13, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT Motion to accept the Gossamer Hollow Subdivision <br /> Improvements <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 12, 2002. <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Howard, Ira, Pierce, Hartnett, <br />Absent: Mayor Claire and Council Member Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Hartnett/Howard Motion to accept the Gossamer Hollow Subdivision <br />Improvements, following submission of a Maintenance Bond in the amount of <br />$256,500.00, in accordance with Paragraph No. 9 of the Subdivision Agreement, <br />and authorize the release of the bonds; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
