That certain final subdivision map (including <br /> dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Gossamer <br /> Cove", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br /> consultants for Ponderosa Homes, Inc., a California corporation, <br /> the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by <br /> the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Gossamer Cove", (form dated 06/10/97) wherein <br /> Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map by <br /> City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br /> <br />
