DES:dj' 06/10/97 (017/72) <br />· _ _.06/18/97R <br /> <br /> (including the dedication of easements contained therein) for the <br /> subdivision, and in accordance with the conditions of approval of <br /> the tentative map for the subdivision, the parties hereto agree <br /> as folloWs: <br /> <br /> 1. IMPROVEMENTS. Owner shall, at Owner's own cost and <br /> expense, construct all of the improvements ("Improvements") , <br /> furnish all the materials, and do all the work hereinafter <br /> <br /> described, in accordance with, and as provided for in the plans <br /> prepared for Owner by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br /> entitled, "Improvement Plans - Gossamer Cove", and in accordance <br /> with and as provided for, in those certain specifications <br /> entitled, "Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/ <br /> Irrigation Improvements", as well as City ' s specifications <br /> entitled, "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted <br /> December 16, 1991, which plans and specification are on file in <br /> the office of the City Engineer. Said Improvements shall also be <br /> constructed in strict compliance with the provisions of Chapter <br /> 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the subdivision <br /> regulations of said City. To the extent that a conflict exists <br /> between the plans and specifications and said Chapter 30 in <br /> regard to the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter <br /> standard shall govern. Owner shall complete all of the <br /> Improvements, subject to time extensions allowable under <br /> paragraph 11, on or before June 23, 1999. The Improvements shall <br /> <br /> include, but are not necessarily limited to, all of the <br /> following: <br /> (a) grading, paving <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
