DES:dj] '6/10/97 (017/72) <br /> -- ~-06/18/97R <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, such policy shall contain the standard <br />form of cross liability or severability of interest endorsement. <br />Such insurance shall also specifically insure any contractual <br />liability assumed by Owner under the terms of this Agreement, <br />including, but not limited to, the provisions of Paragraph 1 <br />above. <br /> <br /> 5. MONUMENTS. All pipes and monuments shown on the <br />subdivision map hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or <br />displaced during construction operations shall be replaced by <br />Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements, if <br />any, hereunder by City. <br /> <br /> 6. OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. It is agreed that title and <br />ownership of all Improvements constructed for the benefit of City <br />hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon completion <br />and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br /> <br /> 7. WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. All work provided for in <br />this Agreement and more specifically described in the plans and <br />specifications herein referenced shall be subject to the approval <br />and acceptance by the City Engineer before the release of any <br />security required herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) that <br />certain final map entitled, "Gossamer Cove", (b) those certain <br />specifications entitled, "Supplemental Specifications for <br />Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements" and, (c) those certain <br />plans on file in the office of the City Engineer entitled, <br />"Improvement Plans - Gossamer Cove", and (d) those certain <br />specifications entitled "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood <br />City", adopted December 16, 1991, for a more particular <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
