JAH:djm 11/28/89 (011/#8) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency and City Council have reviewed, <br />considered and certified the adequacy of the Final Environmental <br />Impact Report, submitted pursuant to Public Resources Code <br />Section 21151 and Health & Safety Code Section 33352, and have <br />determined that the redevelopment of the Amendment Area pursuant <br />to the Redevelopment Plan as amended by the Second Amendment (the <br />"Amended Redevelopment Plan") will have significant effects on <br />the environment based upon the impacts identified in the <br />Concurrent Resolution adopted by the Agency and City Council on <br />December 4, 1989 making certain findings regarding the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed actions with respect to the <br />proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for <br /> <br />Redevelopment Project No. 2, adopting a Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations, and adopting a reporting and monitoring program <br />for mitigation measures contained in the Final Environmental <br />Impact Report; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and the Agency held a joint public <br />hearing on November 20, 1989, on the adoption of the Second <br />Amendment in the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors Chambers <br />located at 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was duly and regularly <br />published in the Redwood City Almanac, a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the City of Redwood City, once a week for four <br />successive weeks prior to the date of said hearing, and a copy of <br />said notices and affidavits of publication are on file with the <br />city Clerk and at the office of the Agency; and <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> 2007 <br /> <br /> <br />
