SWC:djg-c 6/18/82 <br />Code §33352 including the reasons for the selection of the <br />Project Area; a description of the physical, social and <br />economic conditions existing in the area; the proposed <br />methods of financing the redevelopment of the Project Area; <br />a relocation report; an analysis of the Preliminary Plan; <br />the report and recommendations of the Planning Commission; <br />the report of the County Fiscal Officer; an analysis of neigh- <br />borhood impact; and the E.I.R. for Redevelopment Project No. <br />2; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agency and this Council held a joint public <br />hearing on June 21, 1981 to consider adoption of Redevelopment <br />Plan No. 2; and <br />WHEREAS, a notice of said hearing was duly and regularly <br />published in the San Mateo Times, a newspaper of general cir- <br />culation in the City of Redwood City, once a week for four <br />sucessive weeks prior to the date of said hearing, and a copy <br />of said notice and affidavit of publication are on file with <br />the City Clerk and the Agency; and <br />WHEREAS, copies of the notice of public hearing were <br />mailed by certified mail with return receipt requested to the <br />last known address of each assessee of each parcel of land in <br />the Project Area, as shown on the last equalized assessment <br />role of the County of San Mateo, and also to the governing body <br />of each of the taxing agencies which levies taxes upon any <br />property in the Project Area; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agency has adopted rules and regulations for <br />owner participation, rules for the re-entry of businesses or <br />E <br />
