The final inspection report (affidavi0 will be issued on the 6th working day following the request for the affidavit by tbe p/oject tW~e~.ntative. At the time of this wansection, all outstanding issues of/nspection, testing and accounting (fces) shall have been cleared to our ~tisf-action prior to release of the affidavit. OutsUtnding issues include, but are not limited to, the approved resolutions to NCR's, RFI's, tardy submittals, 28-day concrete teat results and/or payment ~or services. Net 30 days. A l-l/iX per month hte payment charge will be levied on invoice paym=nts received a/ret 30 days of invoice date.
