Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident <br /> for bodily injury and <br /> property damage (coverage <br /> required to the extent <br /> applicable to Consultant's <br /> vehicle usage in performing <br /> services hereunder) <br /> <br /> Professional Liability $1,000,000 per claim and <br /> aggregate <br /> <br /> Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall <br />furnish City/District with certificates and copies of information or declaration <br />pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of <br />commemial general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage, original <br />endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> expiration of thirty (30) days after City/District shall have received <br /> written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first <br /> class mail; <br /> <br /> (b) Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br /> with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability <br /> endorsement); <br /> <br /> (c) Naming the City/District, its Council, Board, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds and <br /> Vanir Construction Management, Inc,; and <br /> <br /> (d) Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> insurance with respect to City/District, its Council, Board, officers, <br /> boards, commissions, employees, and agents, and any insurance <br /> <br /> Agmt-060 6 <br /> G:~ed'~ed~unctl <br /> DE$:dJk <br /> <br /> <br />
