DUPLICATE ORIGINAL <br /> SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY <br /> Redwood City, California <br /> <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS LEASE AGREEMENT ("Lease"), made and entered into this ,~--~r~ <br /> day of ~'~,~-- ,1997, by and between the SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM <br /> AUTHORITY, a public agency of the State of California, ("Lessor"), and the City <br /> of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, ("Lessee"); <br /> <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> Lessor, for and in consideration of the rental payments provided for herein <br /> and of the mutual agreements, terms, covenants, and conditions herein <br /> contained, does hereby lease, let, and demise to Lessee, and Lessee does <br /> hereby lease, hire, and take from Lessor, the real property more particularly <br /> described and depicted on Exhibits "A" (Leased Premises) and "B" (Plat Map) <br /> hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. The general <br /> location of the Leased Premises, as shown on Exhibit B shall be for information, <br /> only, and shall not be deemed to modify or amend the specific description <br /> hereinabove. Lessor further grants Lessee for the duration of the Lease <br /> Agreement a non-exclusive right of ingress and egress in and over the area <br /> generally depicted on Exhibit "C", attached hereto and incorporated by this <br /> reference (the "Access Area"). <br /> <br /> 1. TERM.
