1. ~. City shall furnish landscape maintenance <br />services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. ~. Authority shall compensate City for services <br />rendered for the 12-month period during the initial or renewal term hereof in an <br />amount equal to the annual salary, including the value of fdnge benefits, for the <br />position of Landscape Gardener, as that position is classified and described in <br />City's competitive service or merit personal system, plus an amount equal to <br />fifteen percent (15%) of said salary and value of benefits for administrative <br />overhead. The amount of said salary shall be determined by reference to City's <br />salary resolution and the Memorandum of Understanding by and between City <br />and the recognized employee representation organization for that position. If, <br />during the initial or any renewal Term hereof, the position of Landscape <br />Gardener is revised, deleted or otherwise changed substantially, reference shall <br />be made to such other position whose duties most heady approximate those of <br />Landscape Gardener for purposes of determining compensation hereunder. <br /> <br /> Compensation payable hereunder by Authority to City shall be adjusted, <br /> from time to time dudng the initial and any renewal term hereof, in an amount <br /> corresponding to adjustments to the aforesaid salary and/or valuation of fdnge <br /> benefits.
