on behalf of Authority shall be submitted to Authority for payment concurrently <br />with invoices for compensation pursuant to paragraph 3. <br /> <br /> Authority shall provide storage space for small tools and equipment used <br />by City's personnel in performing services hereunder. Authority shall provide <br />reasonable security for said storage space to prevent entry thereto by persons <br />not authorized by City or Authority. Likewise, Authority shall provide access to <br />said storage space for City's personnel. <br /> <br /> 5. STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE. City shall perform its landscape <br />maintenance services hereunder in an efficient and effective manner conforming <br />to generally acceptable standards for such services within the professional <br />landscape maintenance industry within the San Francisco Bay Area. <br /> <br /> 6. TERM. The term of this agreement shall commence December 12, <br /> 1997, and expire December 11, 1998, unless sooner terminated by either party <br /> as provided in paragraph 8. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this agreement may <br /> be renewed for additional 1-year terms upon agreement of the parties evidenced <br /> by motions to that effect by City's City Council, and Authority's governing <br /> Commission, respectively. <br /> <br /> 7. DEFENSEIINDEMNIFICATION.
