EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />OBJECTIVE: <br /> <br /> On behalf of the City of Redwood City (the "City") and in conjunction with <br />the City's Project Team, plan, develop and execute a community outreach, <br />marketing and stakeholder commitment program for the proposed Shores Traffic <br />Improvement District ("STID") with the objective of obtaining maximum <br />cooperation and support of all commemial property owners within the defined <br />boundaries of the STID. <br /> <br />SCOPE OR WORK: <br /> <br /> Under the direction of the City Manger and/or designated City staff, <br />StonyBrook Associates, Inc. ("Consultant") will provide the following professional <br />services to accomplish the above objective within the time and cost parameters <br />established herein. <br /> <br /> Review current files, reports and recommendations regarding <br /> formation of STID, including all current Development Agreements, <br /> and meet with members of City staff and consultants to the STID. <br /> <br /> 2. Prepare in writing and obtain City approval for detailed community <br /> outreach program, including an implementation schedule. <br /> <br /> 3. Implement the approved outreach program, including preparation <br /> of all materials and graphics, schedule and conduct presentations <br /> of STID features, benefits and costs to all property owners either <br /> in person or in groups. Conduct written and telephonic <br /> correspondence as required to assure support of the majority of <br /> property owners and to keep consultant team, City staff and City <br /> Council informed or progress. <br /> <br /> 4. Prepare and submit periodic status reports.
