" AGREEMENT-ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES - <br /> COMMUI~ICATION UPGRADE FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE <br /> SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION (SCADA) SYSTEM <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this '-~L,~ day of <br /> ~L~"---:~I., 997, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and TIMBERLINE <br /> ENGINEERING, INC. of Albuquerque, New Mexico ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS. City requires a communication upgrade feasibility study for <br /> the replacement of the supervisory control and, data acquisition ("SCADA") <br /> system (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES.
