subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. Contractor shall incorporate in all <br />subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> <br /> 16. Lobbying Prohibited. Funds provided under this Agreement shall <br />not be used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to <br />support or defeat legislation pending before federal, state, or local <br />government. <br /> <br /> 17. Religious Activity Prohibited.
