Assiqnabilit¥ of Option <br /> <br /> 7. Optionee must not assign this Agreement. In the event an attempted <br />assignment is made, in violation of this provision, then Optionee's rights under <br />this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice. <br /> <br /> Notices <br /> <br /> 8. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, any notice, tender, or <br />delivery to be given under this Agreement by either party to the other may be <br />effected by personal delivery in writing or by registered or certified mail, postage <br />prepaid, return receipt requested, and will be deemed communicated two (2) <br />calendar day after mailing of the notice.
