19. Uniform Administration Requirements. Contractor shall comply <br />with the requirements and standards of the Community Development Block <br />Grant Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit <br />Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and O, and all <br />other federal, state, and local laws, regulations and requirements, as <br />applicable. <br /> <br /> 20. Lead-Based Paint. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. In the <br />event lead-based paint is found on residential property, appropriate abatement <br />procedures may be required by City. <br /> <br /> 21. Para,ralph Headings.
