subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. Contractor shall incorporate in all <br /> subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> <br /> 16. Lobbying Prohibited. Funds provided under this Agreement shall <br /> not be used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to <br /> support or defeat legislation pending before federal, state, or local <br /> government. <br /> <br /> 17.
