A"ciean floor" is one where the condition is appropriate to accept carpet widi no additional <br /> preparation other than possiUly sweepinb clean. Installation shall be perfonned during normal hours of <br /> ordering ageucy, Monclay through Friday holidays excluded. <br /> Installation prices do not include adhesive. Adhesives are available under {Special Item Niimber} SIN 31- <br /> 603 for Interface products. <br /> Additio��al setvices can Ue provided by InterfaceSERVICES, LLC. on an open market basis. Items such as <br /> carpet measurements, furniture lifti�g furniture moving, Eloor preparation take-up and disposal, after hottrs <br /> work, etc. are available through the InterfaceSERVICES Project Management Department, 800-336-0225, <br /> ext. 4806. Use of ]ow VOC (volaYile organic compoLmd) emitting; low odor adhesives, �vhicli help alleviate <br /> indoor air pollution, will be used for all installations. <br /> Sub floor preparation (take-up and disposal of existing floor covering, flash patching for uneven floor, <br /> extensive cleaniug cost of temporary warehousing, etc.) is not coverecl by this contract Intedace is prepared <br /> to negotiate these and other services with the customer agency on an open market basis. <br /> Payme��t for carpet purchased shall Ue �nade Uy the customcr agency prior to i��stallation. When installation <br /> is required in conjunction with carpet purchased under contract, Interface may invoice separately for the <br /> carpet. <br /> Compliance with all local ]aws, re�ilations, and ordinances are tlie responsibility of I�terfaceSERVICES. <br /> Installation Warranty: Al] i�stallation work is guaranteed for one year for any defect in workmanship and <br /> materials used to install the carpet. <br />
