<br /> INTERFACESERVICES, INC. , hereinafter designafed as the

<br /> WHEREAS, said Princ;paf is requlred under tha torms of said Confract to furnish a bond for the
<br /> faithfui performance of said Contract;

<br /> surety, are held and firmly bound unto City, San Matoo County, California, In the penal sum of

<br /> of the United St2tes, being one hundred percent (100%) of the Contracl amount, for the
<br /> payment of �vhich sum weil anc! iruly to be made, wa bind ourselves, our.heirs, executors,
<br /> administrakors and successors, Joinily and ssverally, firmly by these presents.
<br /> THE CONDITIOtJ OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, thai if Yhe above bounden Principal, his or
<br /> its heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns, shall 'tn all things stand to and abide
<br /> by, and wiil truly keep and taithfufly perform the covenants, conditions, and agreements in the
<br /> sald Contract and any altarations made as fherein provided, on his or their part, to be kept and
<br /> perfotmed at ihe time and in the manner fherein specifled, and in all rospecfs according to fheir
<br /> true Intent and meaning, and shall indemnlfy and save harmloss City, iis Coimcil,
<br /> Commissioners, boards, commit}ees, officers, empfoyees �nd agents, as therein sfipulated,
<br /> then this o6ligation shall be null and void; otherwise it shall ba and remain in full force and
<br /> virtue.
<br /> As a conditlon precedent Yo the saUsfactory completion of the said Contract, the above
<br /> obllgatEon shall hold good for a period of one (1) year after the completion and acceptance of
<br /> the said work, during which time if tfie above bounden Principal, his or its helrs, executors,
<br /> adminisirators, successors or assigns shail f2il to make full, cornpiete and satisf�ctory repair
<br /> and replacements or totally protect the said City from loss or dama�e made evidenf during said
<br /> period of one (1) year from the date of acceplance of said work, and resulting from or caused by
<br /> deFective rnaterlals or faulty workmanship, in the prosecutfon of the work done, ihe above
<br /> obligatlon shail be and remain in full force and virtue.
<br /> And the said Surety, for value received, hereby stipulates and agrees to waive the provisions of
<br /> Calitornia Civil Code Section 2899 reyarding consent to change, extenslon of time, afteration, or
<br /> addition to the ferms of ihe Contract or to the work to be performed thereunder, or th2
<br /> Speciiications accompanying the same shall in any way affect its obligations on this bond; and if
<br /> does hereby waive notice of any such chanye, extension of time, alteration or additlon fo the
<br /> terms of the Contraci, or to the work, or to the Speclficafions.
<br /> In the event City, or ifs successors or. assigns, shal! be the �revaiiing party in an action brought
