<br /> above with the City of Re<iwood Ci1y ("City") to do the following work, to-wit:
<br /> NOW, THER�FdRE, if the ahovo-bounden Principal or hls subcontractors fail to pay any
<br /> of the porsons named in Section 3181 of the CNiI Cade of the Staie of California, or
<br /> amounts due under the Unemployment Insurance Code with respect io work or labor
<br /> performed under ihe Contract, or`for any amounts requlred to be deducteQ, withheld,
<br /> and paid ovar to the Employment Development Department from ihe tivages of
<br /> employees of Yhe Contractor and his subcontracior pursuant to Seclion 13020 of the
<br /> Unemployment Insurance Cade o4'the State of California, with respect to such work and
<br /> labor, the surety wilf pay for the same, In the amount not exceeding 1he sum specified in
<br /> � fhis bond, ond also, in case suit is broughi upon thfs bond, a reasonabla attorney's fee,

<br /> Thls bond shall Inure to the benefit of any person named In Sectlon 3981 of the Civll
<br /> Code of the State of California so as to give a righi of action to them or ihelr assignees in
<br /> suit brought upon thls bond.
<br /> This bond is executed and filed to comply with the provisions of the act of ihe Legislature
<br /> of the Straie of California as designated in Civil Code Sections 3247-3252, Inclusive, and
