Henderson________________________________ ._.., seconded by <br /> C o,�cil�n--------Wi 11 i_ams--------..--------_.---- .....:...................--.._..._...., duly carried and encered <br /> on che miauces, ic was ordered partial acceptance of the Bair Island Road <br /> Improvements which includes the following�aspects: <br /> ' (1) Authorize partial acceptance of the improvements, <br /> consisting of the street improvements, but excluding <br /> the stormwater drainage pumping improvements; <br /> (2) Require retention of the security heretofore deposited <br /> by the owners pursuant to paragraph 4.5(b) of the <br /> amendatory agreement dated September 27, 1974, said <br /> security to remain in full £orce and effect in accordance <br /> with the terms and conditions thereof, and until the <br /> project is entirely completed; <br /> (3) Authorize reconveyance of the non-access strips <br /> described in paragraph 4 of the improvement agreement <br /> dated January 9, 1962, by and between the City of Redwood <br /> ; City and the Peninsula Celebration Association; and <br /> i <br /> I (4) Auth�rize recordation of the easement.and right-of-way ,1 <br /> for street and public utility purposes pertaining to �i � <br /> Bair Island Road (the.original of which is in our �� <br /> possession, retained pending completion of the street <br /> improvements,pursuant to agreement of the parties). <br />
