It is highly unlikely that $35 million will provide the <br /> funding necessary to complete the approaches, upgrading <br /> of the bridge, and other amenities desired by the com- <br /> munities of the West Bay; . <br /> _ 4. That minor upgrading �f the present bridge defeats any <br /> attempt to provide for the safe passage of a significant � <br /> amount of vehicular traffic across the Bay.) <br />
