Memo: Excerpt from minutes: "..to strike paragraph (a) of the proposed resolution as follows: "(a) For permits issued to organizations where the entire net proceeds of the concession sales will be used for charitable purposes there shall be no fee." and to strike from paragraph (b) in the first line; ....that the change_in the proposed resolution would apply only to the fee schedule at events where it is anticipated beer and wine will be sold.
