Bren Company Development, Redwood Shores <br />Marlin )uoaivision No. b <br />At the meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on <br />December 13, 1976 <br />at which were present <br />Councilmen: '- <br />Barrett, Biagi, Bury, Norris, Rhodes, Vega and Mayor Leipzig <br />-- ----- ----- ---- ------ ------------ - --- ----------- ------- ------ - - ---- <br />on mutton of Councilman ........ Norris <br />.............. <br />seconded by <br />Biagi.... - - ...- -------- - - - - - -- dui carried and entered <br />Councilman----- ------------ -- Y <br />on the minures, it was ordered adopti'6n of Resolution No. 7733 accepting <br />Final Map of "Marlin Subdivision No. 5" etc., finding that the Final <br />Map is found to be in substantial compliance with the Tentative Map; <br />and that the proposed subdivision design and improvements are con- <br />sistent with the General Plan; further that the developer is to make <br />an earnest effort to appeal the conditions imposed by BCDC, and the <br />Mobil Oil Estates (Redwood) Limited will assist the developer to be <br />sure that those particular conditions are not included in the Final <br />Map. <br />DEVELOPER STATEMENT: In response to recommendation of City Manager Fales <br />that such a statement be made by the developer, Dick Shea, Donald L. Bren <br />Company, - agreed that whatever action is necessary will be initiated <br />before BCDC in order to have their permit conditions changed and that <br />assistance will be accepted from City staff in doing so, since the City <br />cannot make application to have the conditions changed. <br />«R <br />--------- 1 �f --- Ad -------------------------------------- -------- <br />
